50th Anniversary Videos

The Psychotherapy and Spirituality Institute (PSI) is a nonprofit providing accessible, inclusive, and spiritually-informed mental health care, along with training for practitioners and consulting services. To mark its 50th anniversary, we created two videos: one exploring PSI’s history and another highlighting its unique integration of spirituality into psychotherapy. In both videos, we wanted to highlight PSI’s rich legacy while also looking toward its exciting future.

The project involved developing interview prompts; interviewing seven PSI staff, executives, and board members; conducting and filming the interviews; and storyboarding the narratives. We sourced photos, quotes, statistics, and music; selected archival images; styled lower thirds; and edited everything into two distinct, cohesive videos that celebrate PSI’s legacy, mission, and future.
