When insurance investment management agency NEAM embarked on a major redesign, they enlisted us to rethink their content strategy. We developed a new architecture and user-friendly page layouts, proposed a faceted search for their news and publications section, and pushed for engagement devices that invite users in through inquiry rather than simply pushing information out for sales. Instead of hiding the twin site mandated by regulations, we proposed a more intuitive user experience with a more inviting call to action.
