With over 15 years of experience in event marketing, operations, and program development, Osayamen has helped brands and mission-driven organizations bring their visions to life through high-impact events, strategic initiatives, and curated campaigns.
Her work spans leadership roles with the Real Estate Executive Council (REEC), Project REAP, and the New York City Bar Association, where she managed national leadership programs, industry partnerships, and experiential events. She has also developed marketing and operations strategies for major organizations, including Universal Music Group, Warner Music Group, Santander Bank, Adidas, and the National Urban League — delivering programs that drive engagement, visibility, and impact.
Osayamen's approach integrates storytelling, wellness, and leadership development, which led her to launch Coaching by Osa, the event coaching division of The Gift Agency. This platform empowers professionals and organizations to invest in whole-person leadership and personal growth through curated experiences like The 5 Commitments to a Better You™. Recognized for her leadership, Osayamen has been honored as a 2018 Rising Star and Leading Lady in Real Estate by Real Estate Weekly, a 2019 Top Woman in CRE by the Real Estate Marketing Awards, and a 2021 Notable Black Leader and Executive by Crain's New York Business. She currently serves on the Diversity & Inclusion advisory boards of Bisnow Media and Commercial Observer.
A proud Brooklyn native, Osayamen earned her dual Bachelor of Science degree in English Communication from Lincoln and Temple University and her Master of Arts degree in Communications and Marketing Management from NYIT.
